How do I choose the right snowboard length?
Selecting the right board depends on your weight, height, and riding style. Generally, a board should reach between your chest and chin. Check our size chart on each product page for specific rider weight recommendations.
What is the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log into your account on our website to view your order history and real-time shipping updates.
What is your return policy for snowboards?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused gear in its original packaging. Please note that once a board has been mounted with bindings or waxed, it is no longer eligible for return.
Do Rome snowboards come with a warranty?
Yes, all Rome SDS snowboards are backed by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover impact damage from rocks, rails, or trees.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
How should I maintain my board during the off-season?
We recommend applying a thick layer of storage wax (without scraping it) to protect the base and edges from oxidation. Store your board in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
